| Dosage | Endometriosis: 10mg daily starting on 5th day of the cycle. If the spotting occurs the dose is increased to 25mg daily in divided doses to prevent breakthrough bleeding. Postponement of menstruation: 5mg TID starting 3 days before anticipated onset. Pre-menstrual syndrome: 5mg BD or TID from 19th-26th day of several cycles. Dysmenorrhoea: 5mg TID from 5th day to 24th day for 3-4 cycles. Menorrhagia: 5mg TID x10 days to arrest bleeding. 5mg BD from 19th-26th day to prevent bleeding. |

| Dosage | Dose for 1mg/ 2mg tablet: 1 OD. Dose for trisequent tablet: 1 blue tab daily from day 5 of menstruation then 1 tab daily in sequence. There should be no interruption. If the cycles have ceased or are not frequent the dose may be started at any time. |
